Hey Girls,
The WSC Camp date is set to be on 15, 16 and 17 December 2008, Monday to Wednesday, during the Mid- Semester break.
Erm currently already got 6 people cannot go due to various reasons liao. I sincerely hope the rest of you all can attend. I hope one group can have two or three dragon boat girls so that you all won’t feel weird and the feeling of being alone in a group is really bad as I am having it now. As I am the only dragon boat girl in the WSC Junior committee, sometimes I really felt awkward to be within the discussion group which is mostly guys and I am super duper inactive and I have no one to talk to. Anyway, this is unimportant. The important part is I really hope you all can play actively and enjoy yourself throughout the camp rather than being alone in the group and gloomy all day long.
Anyway, please remember to bring $10 tml or next training for the camp tee leh. By next Wednesday, 12 Nov, I need to hand in the campers particulars all these liao.
I would really be appreciative if you all can participate in the camp de. Really…
And lastly, Regatta is coming in 2 weeks time and we have only 3 sea training left. We really have to treasure the remaining training days. And it is real fast. Last year, the whole year, I don’t get to go down for any race and don’t even have a chance to fight for any seat. But this year is different. Everyone of us are training real hard. Some of us may get down to race in the girls boat, some may not. Please don’ feel disheartened. We still have one/two years to improve on our rowing skills, power, running, etc. As for the year three, Tisa, Cherlin and Kwang Li, they have been training hard with commitment. So whoever going down to race, be it for them, for yourself, for coach or for the school, we don’t get disappointed and regret okay…we give all out for every set okay??? Also do take care of yourself leh…don’t fall sick when nearing Regatta ar…
