It's just 3 more days.

3 more days to the day that we've been training hard for.
3 more days to show how much we want it.
3 more days to show what we're made off.
3 more days to show what we've got.
3 more days to give all and everything you have got.

CATCH TOGETHER, THEN

LONG,
HARD,
DEEP PULL.

Side track...

Just a reminder, no junk food (fried food, ice cream, chocolate, titbits, chips etc)
More complex sugar like wholemeal bread, potato, carbo loading.
More fruits.
Plenty of water.
Ample rest.
